As a Principal Building Control Surveyor, you’ll join a high-performing team that deals with some of the most complex and high-risk projects in the city, including high-rise and public buildings. This is a leadership role where you’ll provide technical expertise, mentor junior staff, and deputise for the Building Control Manager. In this role, you will:
- Lead on complex projects: Manage high-risk building control cases, including high-rise and public buildings.
