The London Borough of Harrow is seeking a Dynamic Deputy Head of Building Control to assist with the management of our award winning Building Control team. The team oversees over 1,500 annual Building Regulation applications, and the role includes pre-application meetings, fee management, and application processing. There will also be an opportunity to undertake work for the Building Safety Regulator on HRBs and contribute to the out-of-hours Dangerous Structures Rota.
This high-level position also deputises for the Head of Building Control, providing essential support and leadership and mentoring of junior and support staff.
Applicants must be Registered Building Inspector Class 3H
