An opportunity exists for a fully qualified and experienced surveyor to join our team as part of our service delivery in the North Worcestershire area. You will be expected to undertake all relevant plan application assessment and site inspection work alongside dealing with dangerous structures and other associated building control functions
• You will have a full driving licence.
• You will be aware of the challenges facing building control and be willing to address these to the best of your abilities including competency validation renewal for the Building Safety Regulator which will of course be fully supported plus compliance with the Building Inspectors Competency Framework and Codes of Conduct.
