North Worcestershire Building Control is a shared service serving Bromsgrove District, Redditch Borough and Wyre Forest District Councils.

An opportunity exists for a Class 2A-F fully qualified and experienced surveyors to join our team as part of our service delivery in the North Worcestershire area.
You will be experienced in and capable of dealing with the full range of building control duties including plan vetting, site inspections and dangerous structures, as well as providing professional advice to a wide range of customers.
You will be aware of the challenges facing the service and be willing to address these to the best of your abilities including ongoing competency validation for the Building Safety Regulator which will be fully supported.
